Spirologenetics: A New Innovative Technique for Our Times

A tri-level aspect of healing that encompasses the external environment, the physical and spiritual environment. There are multi-numbered layers of energies that surround and exist as fine layers inside and around our physical body. What layers of energies that encircle the earth, are duplicated in miniature around each of us. In the spiritual environment, that encompasses our soul essence and it’s communication link with the physical mind/body, therein lies a greater multitude of energy patterns and layers of energy sources that have a ‘living’ essence. This living essence is transmuted through the soul/spirit self, to the mind and is processed through motivation, ideas, thoughts and action. This physical outward expression emanates thought energies into the external environment, that is, the earth and the universe. When there is harmonious interaction between the inner self, the soul essence and its spiritual environment, the reverberations are received in a fluid-like manner in the mind (often referred to as inner peace of mind), and reflected to the health of the physical body. When there are blockages in any of the three levels of reality (spirit-self, physical-self, external environment) then the harmonious balance of communication of energies are imbalanced, resulting in physical, mental and emotional illness. Any combination of modalities that are used by present-day energy and holistic practitioners use to correct imbalances, are amalgamated in the technique known as Spirologenetics. Beginning with the soul essence, and its spiritual environment, this modalities looks at, past lives, soul fragmentation of past lives, unresolved issues of the soul personality, attached foreign energies such as entities, thought forms and unrelated energy forms, past lives, variances in frequencies associated with the soul and its relationship with the physical realm. Continuing with the physical self, spiorologenetics looks at the symbiotic relationship from the mind, emotions, and body with the soul essence and outwards to the external environment: the earth plane and the outer cosmos. Entities, lost souls, trapped souls/spirits, unidentified sentient energies, and (N.O.S.) not otherwise specified energies can impede and aggravate existing conditions of the physical body and mind. This is just a short list of possible ‘energy-related’ phenomenon that can affect the physical self and as well interfere and influence our physical surroundings. Spirologenetics can identify, discern, and use a combination of energy techniques together (i.e. negative energy removal combined with realignment of all energy fields within and around the physical self and close any phase alterations and distorted frequencies) to achieve a balanced energy flow. Past Life Regression, Time Line alterations, Past Life Time Line re-integration, Removal of any foreign or unwanted energy attachments are a few of the modalities that Spirologenetics uses for total and universal healing of self and our environment. Combined with counseling and follow-up appointments to view the changes in the client is highly recommended. For when something, say a harboring negative belief is removed, the mind searches for it because ‘it’ was created in the past of the present incarnation as a defense mechanism. As well, the belief may have been created in a past life and carried through to the present time line. Spirologenetics looks at the chronological past, past lives, and soul lives of the individual, for there are situations where present ailments may be resulting from other lines of thought, which, in turn can originate in any of the three levels of existence: spiritual existence, physical existence or external existence. Wholeness of self requires a multi-faceted look and a multi-faceted approach to healing, which this new integrative process gives.

Cisco CCNA Exam Tutorial: Five ISDN Details To Remember

December 30th, 2008 filed under Tech

CCNA exam success depends on mastering many technologies that are new to you, and few exam topics have more details than ISDN. ISDN isn’t just for your CCNA exam studies, though. While ISDN is dismissed by many, the fact is that there are many small and mid-size networks out there that use ISDN as their backup to frame relay. Some of these companies have spoke networks that use ISDN to connect to their hub as well, so it’s a great idea to know ISDN configuration and troubleshooting for your real-world career as well as passing the CCNA. With that in mind, let’s take a look at five common ISDN errors and how to avoid them.

With dialer map statements, remember that the phone number you put in the dialer map is the phone number of the remote router, not the local one. Look at it this way - if you want to call a friend on your cell, you don’t pick up your cell and dial your own number!

Speaking of dialer map statements, don’t forget the all-important broadcast option at the end of the command:

R1(config-if)#dialer map ip 172.12.21.1 name R2 broadcast 5555555

The router will accept that command without the “broadcast” option, but routing protocol updates and hellos would not be able to travel across the line. (This command is also needed in frame relay map statements to allow broadcasts and multicasts to be transmitted.)

PAP is PPP’s clear-text authentication scheme, and clear text is a really bad idea. But if you do have to configure it, don’t forget that PAP requires additional configuration -the ppp pap sent-username command.

R1(config-if)#ppp pap sent-username R1 password CISCO

Must set encapsulation to PPP before using PPP subcommands

R1(config-if)#

The error message we got while configuring the sent-username command is another important reminder - by default, a BRI line is running HDLC, not PPP. Since HDLC doesn’t allow us to use either PAP or CHAP, we’ll need to set the link to PPP with the encapsulation ppp command.

R1(config-if)#encapsulation ppp

R1(config-if)#ppp authentication pap

R1(config-if)#ppp pap sent-username R1 password CISCO

But before we configure any of this information, we should configure the ISDN switch-type. Why? Because without the switch-type configuration, it doesn’t matter that we avoid the other four errors - the line will not come up. Configure the switch-type with the “isdn switch-type” command, and then verify it with “show isdn status”.

R1(config)#isdn switch-type basic-ni

R1#show isdn status

Global ISDN Switchtype = basic-ni (output of this command cut here for clarity)

If you forget this part of the configuration, the output of show isdn status wastes no time in reminding you!

R1#show isdn status

**** No Global ISDN Switchtype currently defined ****

ISDN is an important part of your CCNA studies, and this knowledge still comes in handy in production networks as well. Keep studying, notice the details, run those debugs, and you’ll be a CCNA before you know it!

Controlling Back Pain on the Golf Course

December 29th, 2008 filed under Online Sports Resources

A common problem among both avid and occasional golfers is back pain. The golf swing places a lot of strain on the torso and spine as your shoulders rotate back and forth through the ball. A good amount of body turn is great for gaining extra yards of the tee, and for those long approach shots, but can really aggravate and cause back problems. There is however steps you can take to eliminate the stress placed on your back during a round of golf as well as measures you can take at home to prepare your back for your next trip to the links. Working-Well.com www.working-well.com is a website that provides back improving massage chairs that can help you in both your day to day routine as well and on those demanding par fives.

As a veteran golfer myself I have been playing golf for over 40 years. I can assure you that my back has had its fair share of ups and downs, but despite my set backs, I still manage to play golf a few times a week. With the help of these simple golf tips, and daily use from one of the massage chairs offered at Working-Well.com www.working-well.com/massage-chair-catalog.html I hope to see you out there on the links with me soon.

* The most helpful tip I can give you is to get out of those bumpy golf carts and start walking the course. Rattling, vibrating and bouncing golf carts send shock waves straight into your spine. Plus, each time you sit down your muscles cool off and tighten. By walking, you stay loose and warm, which is not only the best way to help out your back, but the easiest way to hit the ball better. I guarantee that if you walk your back will feel better and your scores will drop. If you feel you have to ride, do your score a favor walk at least a part of each hole.

* Take it easy on the driving range. Beating ball after ball, off mats in particular, wears out your back. I can’t tell you how often I see guys my age hitting shot after shot with out ever standing fully upright. When they finally do take a brake and stand up straight they immediately grab their lower backs and start rubbing. Of course it’s stiff! Instead practice like you play. Line up each shot the way you do on the course, take your time, and let it rip. Your back won’t get so sore, plus you will hit better shots.

* If your turn feels tight and your back swing feels restricted open your back foot outward an extra 5 degrees. This will allow you to turn a little easier on you back swing and reduce back strain. Be careful that you do not use this method to lengthen your swing. Taking a longer back swing increases back strain and will throw your timing off.

* Take practice swings evenly throughout your round to keep you back loose and warm.

* Swing easy, hit far. Hitting far is not about power turns and fast hands, its about timing. Swinging slow and loose ensures that gravity will release your wrist cock at just the right time for more club head swing at impact. Keep your grip loose, your swing easy, and remember that nobody hits 300 yard drives with their back swing.

Follow these easy tips on the golf course and not only will you keep your back pain at bay but you’ll lower your scores. When you get home do some light stretches, and, if you have one, relax in a massage chair. My Premier Health Products massage chair delivers an amazing deep tissue massage and has a heated back rest which does wonders for loosening my muscles. The difference my massage chair has made on my back is unbelievable. I used to wake up the day after golf with a really sore back and wonder how I was ever going to get loose again. Then I would try to play another round of golf only to find that could not turn properly without risking a pulled muscle.

Now that I have been using my massage chair, and have been focusing on how the way I play and practice affects my back, my back has improved. 40 Years of golf has not been enough, I want 40 more.

A Golf Fitness Coach Equals Great Golf

December 29th, 2008 filed under Online Sports Resources

Golf fitness coach. Have you ever considered one…and if so, what exactly were you looking for? There are many ‘general fitness’ trainers trying to get a piece of the golf fitness and training market that seems to be rapidly gaining exposure both on the television and in print thanks to Tiger, Vijay and Annika.

But the first thing you need to consider when looking into hiring a golf fitness coach or program is the trainers experience in golf. Yes…that is high on the list of requirements. Does he/she know golf? Do they know the biomechanics of the golf swing? How about muscle function during the golf swing?

An easy test is during the initial interview or if you’re researching it online is to either ask very golf specific swing technique questions; or take a look at the information on the website. You’ll find out real quick if this person or program can help your golf swing, game and health.

A golf fitness coach or program should incorporate strength, flexibility, endurance, body awareness, balance, stability and even a nutrition component.

It’s easy for a trainer to have a strength component…but is it specific to golf? A quick test. Take a look at some of the exercises. Are any of them on seated machines for instance? If they are…run! This is NOT a golf fitness coach and/or program. This is considered ‘general fitness’.

Now stretching. There are dozens of stretches for all people. But take a look at some of them. Do they even remotely look like they will benefit your golf swing? Stretches involving trunk flexibility; lower back; hamstring; and even shoulders specific to the mechanics of the swing are what you want. General stretches are better than nothing, but will delay your results. You want specific stretches.

Body awareness. Does any of the exercises resemble golf positions or phases of the swing? Do they look like you would be on your feet and in your golf posture? As stated above, if they are seated on machines, your body will learn nothing in regards to your golf swing. Training your body specific to golf incorporates positions almost identical to what your body would be in during any part of the golf swing.

Stability. Training your body to improve stability in your swing can get a little complex if you really want to see results. The swing happens at between 80-100 miles an hour. One of the biggest flaws of amateur golfers is moving in their golf swing. Moving either laterally (sliding), vertically (up and done) or both. This is death to your golf swing. To improve your stability involves specific strength drills most trainers don’t even know about.

I could go on-and-on about the requirements of a golf fitness coach or program. It is critical you make the right decision. I have heard horror stories of golfers working with ’so-called’ golf fitness experts and their game getting worse. With the proper research this won’t happen to you. So definitely consider a golf fitness coach.

Super Bowl Review and College Hoops Thoughts

December 29th, 2008 filed under Online Sports Resources

Well it certainly wasn’t one of the best played Super Bowl games of all time. Key penalties, sloppy play and astounding turnovers marred the annual event. Seattle QB Matt Hasselbeck put up far better numbers (26-of-49 for 273 yards) than counterpart Ben Roethlisberger (9-of-21, 123 yards, no TDs, two INTs), who finally looked like a 23-year old after a brilliant postseason run. But it was Big Ben’s team that got the win — and the money — in a convincing 21-10 victory.

Look at it this way: The Steelers played about as bad as they could play, with dropped passes, two interceptions from their quarterback, and even lost the turnover battle 2-to-1. Yet, despite all that, they still won the game by double digits. This is a well coached team with a truly superb defense under imaginative coordinator Dick LeBeau. Once they got the lead, their run defense and zone blitzes played havoc with Seattle, just as they had the last three games with the Bengals, Colts and Broncos.

Seattle had close to 400 total yards, but in the end all they could muster was 10 points. Like the Eagles last season, the underdog Seahawks had countless first half opportunities and great field position to put some pressure on the Steelers. They could have been up 10-0 or even 14-0, but failed to capitalize. And in the blink of an eye, it was 7-3 Pittsburgh at the half. You knew the Steelers wouldn’t play that badly in the second half, so Seattle kind of missed their opportunity. From then on they played a desperate game of catch-up, especially after Willie Parker’s electrifying TD run made it 14-3 Pittsburgh. The Steelers are not a team that you want to play catch up on.

The Pittsburgh coaching staff has pulled out trick plays all during the playoffs, and Antwaan Randle El’s 43-yard TD pass to Hines Ward clinched Pittsburgh’s 21-10 victory. Congratulations to Bill Cowher, too, one of the best coaches in the NFL for a long time. It was nice to see a guy pay his dues and get a ring. He, and the Steel City, deserve it.

Now that football season is behind us, it’s time to delve deep into both college and pro basketball. Here are some statistical tidbits to chew on in college basketball. Georgetown is 8-1 SU, 5-3 ATS at home as it makes some noise with a dynamite offense. Injury-plagued Cincinnati may have won 11 of its first 14 home games, but they have been money-burners at 3-8 ATS.

Understand that some teams are worth a look at over or under the total for significant reasons. Louisville started 13-3 under the total largely because of injuries and a young offense. However, they just got Taquan Dean back, so perhaps the offense might begin to improve. But coach Rick Pitino has admitted all season that they are very young, which explains why they’ve been overvalued at 5-13 ATS.

A couple of teams continue to be strong plays under the total because they play a brilliant, choking, slow down defense. Southern Illinois of the Missouri Valley Conference is 15-8 under the total. They had a recent stretch going 12 straight games under the total! This team takes great pride in shutting down opponents, and notice they are 9-1 under the total at home. Northwestern, too, plays a slow down style allowing 59 ppg. The Wildcats are 11-5 under the total.

In addition, as conference play heats up, we are approaching tournament time. Over the next few weeks you will find many teams having bad seasons that just don’t care anymore. Here are some money-burners to chew on that may be packing it in: James Madison is a poor 2-9 SU, 3-7 ATS at home, St. Bonnie is 1-8 SU, 3-9 ATS on the road allowing 80 ppg, Western Michigan is 2-8 SU, 3-7 ATS on the road. And Utah continues to be overvalued based on its long reputation as a great program under Rick Majerus. Rick is long gone and the Utes are a poor 2-7 SU/ATS on the road, though they did cover at home last night for us. Good luck as always…Al McMordie.

MCSE Certification - Requirements And Courses

December 27th, 2008 filed under Tech

In this article we’re going to go over the current requirements for getting an MCSE certification. Please keep in mind that these requirements could be old news by the time you read this. No knock on Microsoft intended.

So, you want to get an MCSE certification. Well, in order to do so you’re going to have to pass a series of exams. As of this article, seven to be exact. Five of the exams are what they call core exams and the last two are called elective exams.

The five core exams consist of four operating system exams and one design exam. The four operating system exams offer the following choices. The first of the operating system exams is the client operating system. You need to take one of these. The last three are for the networking system itself. There is a bit of an overlap here so we’ll just cover the choices as they apply to both options.

The overlaps are courses 2151 and 2152 which are Windows 2000 Network and Operating Systems Essentials and Implementing Windows 2000 Professional Server. Also in the overlap is course 1560 which is upgrading from Windows NT to Windows 2000.

This is where we have the breakoff between client operating system and the networking system. The last client operating system exams are course 2272 and 2285 which are Implementing Windows XP Professional and Installing and Configuring Windows XP Professional. This concludes the client operating system exams.

The remaining exams for the network system itself are courses 2153 and 2154. These include Implementing a Microsoft Windows 2000 Network Infrastructure and Implementing and Administering Microsoft Windows 2000 Directory Services.

The design exam comes with a number of options which cover Designing a Microsoft Windows 2000 Directory Services Infrastructure, Designing a Security-Enhanced Microsoft Windows 2000 Network, Designing a Microsoft Windows 2000 Networking Services Infrastructure, Designing a Highly Available Web Infrastructure, Designing a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Active Directory and Network Infrastructure and Designing Security for Microsoft Networks. The good part about the design option is that the student has a number of options to choose from.

The two elective exams are a bit of a blessing and a curse. There are numerous courses that can be taken for the two elective exams. The problem is, with so many choices a new student may have a difficult time deciding which one to take. With some being infinitely more difficult than the others, the choice can mean the difference between passing and failing the exams. Having said that, the more popular of the elective exams, which doesn’t necessarily mean they are the easiest ones, are System Administration for Microsoft SQL Server 7.0, which has been a staple for years, Implementing a Database on Microsoft SQL Server 7.0, which is usually taken with the other SQL exam, thus completing the elective section, Implementing and Managing Microsoft Exchange 2000, which has been another long time staple and finally its cousin, Designing Microsoft Exchange 2000 for the Enterprise. There are of course other courses but these are the most popular.

In our next article look for more information on MCSE certifications.

Fantastic Fridges Online

December 26th, 2008 filed under Best Hardware

If you should be surveying the market-place for a great price on fridges and freezers browsing on the internet could be a brilliant approach to conserve time and cash. Don’t blow your time looking all around numerous high street retail shops in a search for the best bargains - simply get to a computer and log on and an exciting planet of fridges awaits you on the internet.

Then again, with so many on line retailers how do you look into which one will conserve your hard earned money on fridges whilst nevertheless guaranteeing you find a good quality fridge. As usual best practice should you acquire your new fridge from a retailer on your high-street then you shouldn’t realistically have many major concerns about purchasing your goods from their web site, furthermore, as folk all know you might well regularly happen upon significantly lower price tags on-line

Thoroughly reading a shoppers guide is consistently the most optimal place to begin when surveying the market-place for fridges - buyers guides are generally packed with a wealth of information and also effectively raise points you may not have considered all by your self. These important issues include; power usage, further features and total capacity among additional things.

Don’t choose to always go with the ‘cheapest price’ - extraordinarily oftentimes the initial cost you note on a website could not include VAT or delivery charges and when you reach the card payment point in the process you conceivably may be paying a lot more than you first thought.

When do you require it by? Not all on line options guarantee fast delivery and if your current fridge has just broken you conceivably might not desire to wait three weeks for your new fridge So be sure to always check what the estimated delivery day shall be.

Be sure to find out the returns policy - fridges are a tricky thing to buy; sometimes they appear fantastic in the showroom or on a web-site but once you get it to your house you realise it doesn’t match your kitchen at all. Therefore, you should always be careful. Looking for fridges is easy if you go to the right place.

The Golf Channel is Thriving

December 26th, 2008 filed under Online Sports Resources

The popularity of the Golf Channel has exploded. Amateur golfers are watching more than ever before to get that one special tip that may improve their game. The golf channel has great resources that range anywhere from, working on your swing to successful ways to hit out of a sand trap. Go a little deeper into their online site and you’ll find lots of tips and suggestions for improving your performance on the course. Many overlook one of the most important areas for improving their game. That’s the fitness area.

Most golf channel viewers are looking for that one tip that will help them to play better or a piece of equipment that will help them to perform at the next level. Having good equipment is a great idea. Practicing your shots out on the practice range is also very important, but your body and the way it reacts to each swing are just as important. This one area is perhaps what really separates the professional players from the amateurs.

All professional players understand that the complexity of the golf swing places many demands on the body. Pros like Tiger Woods, Annika Sorenstam, Vijay Singh, and many others are spending time to improve strength, flexibility and balance to stay on top of their performance. If the body is not conditioned for these demands, then the swing suffers. This is one of their secrets to smoother swings, hitting longer drives, and nerves of steel. Their body is regularly conditioned to produce the performance they want on the course.

The same is true for amateur and recreational players. By maintaining a regular exercise routine that includes strength, balance, and flexibility training, the body is ready when you hit the course. Conditioning can take you to the next level. Power, stamina, and consistency can all be improved by regular exercises targeted for the movements required in the golf swing.

Improving the condition of your body can do more than you can imagine giving you more powerful and consistent swings. Add fitness to your bag and you’ll be surprised at the results.

Mobile Phone Forensics - A brief introduction

December 26th, 2008 filed under Tech

Mobile Phone Forensics - A Brief Introduction

Mobile Phone Forensics or Cell Phone Forensics techniques are improving daily. These services are now commercially available through certain specialist companies, (Mobile Phone Forensics, ( http://www.mobilephoneforensics.com ), Disklabs, ( http://www.disklabs.com ), and ICG Inc, ( http://www.icginc.com )), and is no longer reserved for the most high profile murder enquiries, but by individuals checking to see if their partner or lover has been cheating on them, by Human Resources, who need to prove if “that” phone call was actually taken, or by Private Investigators who are checking to see if the client was where they say they were at a given specific time. Above are of course, just a few of the hundreds of examples of why mobile phone forensics are becoming more and more important in the lives of the military, investigative agencies, (police forces, security agencies, private investigators), human resources and indeed private individuals.

These days, along with the computer, mobile phone forensics is the police officers first point of call. Where are you likely to record everything? Where are the records of wrong doings going to be stored? Even if you are not the sort of person to record wrong doings, human nature states that you will tell at least someone. On a computer, they could be stored within your PST file,(Microsoft Outlook personal storage file), your EDB file, (Microsoft Exchange storage file), your NSS, (Lotus Notes), your MSG, (Microsoft Outlook Express), and your EML, (generic email files), amongst others. All these records are kept digitally on various storage devices, be they mobile phone SIM cards, perhaps mobile phone 3G USIM cards, the generic mobile phone memory or internal memory cards; mainly MMC memory cards, but not exclusively. Nowadays, the forensic investigator does not have to solely rely on his mobile phone investigative resources, but has to have a sound knowledge of evidence handling, write-blocking and general computer forensics, to ensure that a full examination of all available data has been achieved for the client in a sound and forensically correct manner.

A more recent development in this technology is the cellular transmitter location, which is used to assist agencies in pinpointing the approximate whereabouts of the investigated. This sort of investigation technique was first used in a very high profile case in the United Kingdom, namely the murder of two young girls in a town called Soham called Jessica Chapman and Holly Wells, (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/2201146.stm). This technology is relatively new and although proved in a British court of law, does not necessarily mean that it is accepted throughout the world. There are of course downsides to this technology. Simply by passing the mobile phone in question to a colleague or accomplice with a disregard for the law would mean that the phone in question would be in another place at the time of a phone call, and therefore not be at the scene of the crime in question. There is also the problem with ‘Pay-As-You-Go’ type of phones, which have no legal tie to the owner. This is something which is still to be addressed.

Troy has never been to a bowl game and they’re not ready to win one either. N. Illinois has a ground attack that will out-muscle this Troy defense.
11:00 pm

Fri., Dec. 31
Music City Bowl
Alabama vs Minnesota
SG’s Pick: Alabama
This isn’t because we like the SEC. Minnesota isn’t playing at home…
12:00 pm

Sun Bowl
Purdue vs 21 Arizona State
SG’s Pick: Purdue
Arizona State is coming with their 2nd string QB that Purdue’s young, yet darn good, defense should contain. Expect Purdue to light up the score board in this one!
2:00 pm

Liberty Bowl
10 Boise State vs 7 Louisville
SG’s Pick: Louisville
This may be bowl game of the year. If you like fast attack offenses and aggressive scoring, this game is for you! Vegas will be exploding with “total points” bets on this one.
3:30 pm

14 Miami (FLA.) vs 20 Florida
Peach Bowl
SG’s Pick: Florida
If Chris Leak (Gators) isn’t the best QB in the land he will be. When the Gators are operating on all cylinders I would pick them to beat anyone in the country. Keep an eye on this one because it should be a money maker!
7:30 pm

Sat., Jan. 1
Cotton Bowl
15 Tennessee vs 22 Texas A&M
SG’s Pick: Tennessee
The Vols simply ran out of time in the SEC championship. I suspect they will pick up where they left off. Neither team “should” be here so it will definitely be one of the better games to watch.
11:00 am

Outback Bowl
16 Wisconsin va 8 Georgia
SG’s Pick: Georgia
Wisconsin can play offense buy GA’s fast defense will stop the run and force Wisconsin to throw resulting in too many mistakes to overcome. Georgia wins.
11:00 am

Gator Bowl
17 Florida State va West Virginia
SG’s Pick: Florida State
Florida State has put the lost to Florida behind them. Bowden’s ability to dominate bowl games has a “W” written all over it.
12:30 pm

Capital One Bowl
11 Iowa vs 12 LSU
SG’s Pick: LSU (restrictions apply…)
LSU is young but managed to fight their way to a good bowl game this year. If LSU’s defense can keep the score close they can pull this one off.
1:00 pm

Rose Bowl
13 Michigan vs 6 Texas
SG’s Pick: Texas
If Mack can persuade his players they’re as good as he did the nations coaches Texas will overcome a solid Michigan team.
4:30 pm

Fiesta Bowl
5 Utah vs 19 Pittsburgh
SG’s Pick: Utah
Pittsburgh slipped through the back door to win the Big East but I’m afraid Utah will show Pitt what it’s like to play with the Big Boys.
8:30 pm

Mon., Jan. 3
Sugar Bowl
3 Auburn vs 9 Virginia Tech
SG’s Pick: Auburn
Auburn should be playing for the national title. Look for Auburn to win big for the slight possibility of sharing the title.
8:00 pm

Tue., Jan. 4
Orange Bowl
1 Southern California vs 2 Oklahoma
SG’s Pick: Oklahoma
This one should come down to the last quarter. Oklahoma should prevail with stamina.
