The individual cities leagues under the TLN network of city leagues serve to associate local, committed tennis players who want to play a lot of tennis. Our team make sure that tennis participants are connected with equally skilled tennis partners. Matches are played predominantly on public courts. It has been a highly prosperous format, Chagnan said. Since 2006, there have been more than 42,700 matches played; 2009 saw a 51% increase in on court connections over 2008.
TLN was inspired to create this National tournament as the complete closing for all the players who have won tournaments in their individual cities, said Chagnan.
