The Affinion Group received recognition when it gained the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standards (DSS) Level 1 fulfillment certification. The said certification is the maximum level of security quality intended for United Kingdom and North America billing transactions. Affinion, a firm that has been PCI compliant since 2004, now enters a group of businesses that attained the Level 1 PCI DSS compliance.

The group is a leading global company that aims to provide consumer commitment solutions. Affinion is also a supplier of programs, and works by improving and extending partnerships to millions of clients intended for retail, e-commerce and service businesses.

Affinion’s recognition provides an increasing number of impressive safety certifications such as the Cybertrust Enterprise Certification and Security Management’s ISO 27001. Cybertrust and ISO designations for Affinion earned its credit as one of the 85 industries in the United States. Furthermore, the group is the sole Affinity dealer with the ISO designation.

Affinion Group’s chief operating officer and executive vice president, Robert G. Rooney, said that as the company aims to raise the standard for such practices, attaining the peak level of PCI DSS certification strengthens the corporation’s lifelong dedication to leadership in data protection.

Naveen and Anu Jain Donates to Charity

More than just making money online, Naveen Jain also gives back to the community. Together with his wife Anu, the Intelius Chief Executive Officer has provided funds for The Bellevue Rotary Club and Hopelink of Seattle. The said organizations aim to use the fund to extend their charitable activities to 600 children and grow into two new communities: the greater Seattle area and Monterrey, Mexico.

The donation given by Naveen Jain and his wife Anu of Bellevue, Washington, has provided additional finances for The Bellevue Rotary Club and Hopelink of Seattle. With the donation, The Bellevue Rotary Club was able to double the number of children that will benefit from their program. The Jains are strong supporters of the activities of The Bellevue Rotary Club.

Naveen Jain praised The Bellevue Rotary Club for their efforts in helping families who need help, and for supporting pro-family initiatives under the Family Christmas Program. Rotary District Governor of Washington Sally Gray has commended the additional funding for the Family Christmas program, which empowered the group to brighten the holidays for hundreds of families and communities. The Family Christmas program gives gifts, clothes, and groceries to underprivileged families belonging to selected communities.

Aside from Naveen and Anu Jain, Nicholas and Susan Matzorkis of Austin, Texas, through the Matzorkis Family Foundation, also contributed to the annual Family Christmas program in Austin, Texas.
